Renovation of a multi-residential development in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The work involves the installation of sheet vinyl flooring in both vacant and occupied senior and family housing units located in Industrial Cape Breton. Vinyl flooring materials will be supplied by the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency (NSPHA). The successful contractor will be responsible for picking up the materials from the NSPHA warehouse located in Sydney, NS, and completing the installation as required.
