Salado ISD has engaged Bartlett Cocke General Contractors as Construction Manager at Risk on Salado Elementary School 2 (HS to ES Conversion). Scope includes complete interior demolition of the existing locker rooms (Area A) and renovation into new prekindergarten suite, renovation of food science lab (Room 110 - 110.03) into new break room and classroom space, renovation of interior finishes (Paint & Flooring), Exterior power wash and elastomeric coating of tiltwall refresh, new marquee sign, new building signage, Envelope Alterations and Roof Alterations, no Building Additions. We are currently asking for assistance in BUDGETING for the SALADO ISD Existing HS to ES Conversion based on the DD (PBK Labeled 50CD) Documents. Bartlett Cocke is the CM@R for the Salado ISD Existing HS to ES Conversion, located at 1880 Williams Rd, Salado TX 76571 Current documents include Demo, Architectural, Structural, MEP, Technology & Fire Alarm.
