The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel necessary to complete Project 549-21-700 EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction in full accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. Work includes all construction activities required to support the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) infrastructure upgrades, performed to meet project design requirements and VA standards. All work shall be executed in a manner that ensures compliance with project documents, maintains safe operations within an active healthcare environment, and results in a complete and functional upgraded infrastructure system.
