Remodeling of a municipal facility in Bloomfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The Stoddard County Commission is seeking bids for a Mini Split HVAC System in the basement of the Archives Building located at 203 South Prairie Street, Bloomfield, Missouri. Bid should include all labor, materials, and equipment required to perform the work described. The project involves installation of one new 3-ton outdoor mini split heat pump condensing unit and three new 1-ton indoor wall hung fan coil units. All required piping, wiring, and electrical work for hooking up the new equipment must be included. Bidders should list warranties on parts for the mini split equipment and on all materials, equipment, and workmanship provided. To view the area to be served by the HVAC system, arrangements can be made with the building maintenance foreman through the Stoddard County Clerk's Office. The Stoddard County Commission reserves the right to reject any bids received.
