As of January 23, 2026 the project has been awarded. Sealed proposals are requested for the 2025 Seminole Campus Dust Collector System located at 800 N Harvey Road, Seminole, Oklahoma 74868. Proposals should include furnishing all labor and materials for the project. The Owner and Architect reserve the right to accept minor deviations in the bid documents or materials if deemed in the project's best interest. The Owner may also hold the bids open for up to 45 days and may reject any or all bids if in their best interest. Bids can be dropped off or mailed, but will not be accepted more than 24 hours prior to the bid time (excluding weekends or holidays), and any bid submitted after the closing time or prior to 24 hours before bid time will be rejected in its entirety. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The installation of a new dust collection system for the new welding classroom. All existing equipment will be removed by Owner before the start work. All electrical for new equipment and welding bays will be provided and installed by Owner. Contractor will be responsible for installation of dust collection system and all items associated with system ie exhaust, intake etc. Contractor shall also provide foundation for system as well as concrete sidewalk and fencing located on the east side of the facility. Roof has just been replaced so all new penetrations shall be coordinated with contractor approved to work on Carlise Roof systems. Roof was replaced by Coates Roofing in 2025.
