Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances to rehabilitate Ground Storage Tank No. 3, including but not limited to power wash, abrasive blast and recoat the interior and exterior surfaces, associated piping, valves, fittings, and appurtenances; perform miscellaneous repairs and replacements on the tank such as vent screens, ladders, manway bolting and piping. Contractor shall also furnish and install 4'x4' concrete pads at 48"x48" Manway and Grade to Drain at ground storage tanks 1, 2, and 3. Contractor shall remove and reinstall rectifier and interior cathodic protection system prior to and following the completion of tank rehabilitation; Complete in Place. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier’s check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the full contract amount. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids and bid securities must comply with the Owner’s Electronic Bidding Rules if submitted electronically, and the contract may be executed using Electronic Signature in accordance with the Owner’s rules for construction contracts.
