The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority is requesting proposals to conduct a compensation study. Specifically, we are seeking the review and development of a compensation and classification plan for the Authority, with an immediate review of three (3) designated positions for market competitiveness. Our timeline for this project is to begin immediately for the designated positions, with a preliminary report by March 12, 2026 and a presentation to the Compensation and Benefits Committee of our Board of Directors on March 17, 2026. A preliminary report for the full compensation and classification plan is requested to be presented by April 30, 2026.
