Mill and fill asphalt pavement to improve pavement surface on Burbank Road (Quinby to Elm), E. Wayne Avenue (Beall to Palmer), E. Larwill Street (N. Market to Beall), W. Liberty Street (Oak Hill to Larwill), and Prairie Lane Road (Old Columbus to the NS RR tracks). Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, and be accompanied by a bidding bond or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid price as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance secured OR provide a contract bond for 100% of the bid amount.
