The work consists of the following: addition of a new 8,000 square foot attached addition; construction of a new dance room and black box; installation of new MEP and fire safety items; demolition of select flatwork and build back; and minor interior renovation of the existing high school affecting corridors, new wall finishes, ceilings, and lighting fixtures. Existing HVAC, fire alarm, and sprinklers are to remain but will be relocated and extended to new surfaces as needed.
