Site work for a mixed-use development in Granby, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Granby Public Schools is soliciting bids for services related to the removal of two underground oil storage tanks and associated appurtenances; replacement of existing oil-fired burners with propane gas–fired burners; and installation of above-ground propane tanks and enclosures at each site. One tank is located at Kelly Lane Primary School and one at Wells Road Intermediate School. Bids must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on January 23, 2026, by the Granby Board of Education, 15-B North Granby Road, Granby, CT 06035. As bid awards are based on factors other than cost alone, only the names of bidders will be publicly read at the bid opening. Granby Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the district.
