Sealed bids are invited for a single prime contract for the Hines HR Suite Renovation. Contract documents may be examined at the architect's office or obtained digitally for a non-refundable fee, or in hard copy with a deposit. Addenda will be emailed to registered plan holders, and arrangements for document shipping are the responsibility of the bidder. A non-mandatory pre-bid site walkthrough is scheduled. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, with the School District reserving the right to waive informalities, accept or reject any proposals, or advertise for new proposals as deemed in the District's best interest. Bids cannot be withdrawn within 45 days after the opening unless done in writing prior to the bid date.
