Sealed proposals are requested for COSMETOLOGY VENTILATION UPGRADES at GERALD R. CLAPS CAREER & TECHNICAL CENTER under CONTRACT M - HVAC WORK. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the designated manner and specifications, enclosed in sealed opaque envelopes clearly marked with job and bidder information. Bid documents can be obtained online or in hard copy for a refundable deposit. Only official plan holders identified through the designated provider will be recognized. All bids must include a certified check or bid bond equal to ten percent of the bid amount. A separate sealed list of subcontractors and agreed-upon payment amounts for certain trades must be submitted with the bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all requirements, but the Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
