Vendor will clean and service boilers for successful operation in the coming winters. Working with the Heating Management Services Department, the vendor should be equipped to deploy multiple teams daily to proficiently service the boilers. In addition to completing all required forms and documentation, bidders must submit their bids electronically via iSupplier prior to the RFQ Bid Submission Deadline. Only the Service & Maintenance Technician (heating, refrigeration & A/C) labor classification is to be considered. Section 3 REO & OEO Plans, and the M/WBE Utilization Plan & Waiver must be submitted via eComply and not included with the bid submission via iSupplier. Bidders are directed to review Special Notices and Conditions, Instructions to Bidders, and General Conditions prior to submitting a bid. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to ensure all forms are properly completed, signed, and notarized, where applicable. Only electronic bids submitted online via iSupplier will be accepted.
