The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform all work associated with Invitation to Quote (ITQ) Package 2025-14, Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education (AVRCE), Supply & Install Greenhouse Northeast Kings Education Centre NKEC, for a Stipulated Price Contract in accordance with the ITQ Documents. The location is 1816 Bains Road, Canning B0P 1H0. The scope includes all work related to the supply and installation of a greenhouse at the Northeast Kings Education Centre. Design, supply and install a four-season greenhouse meeting NBCC 2020 loads for Kentville, NS; polycarbonate multi wall panels 16 mm); fire resistant structure; automatic venting; reflective insulation; solar undersoil heating/cooling; aboveground pond; geotextile gravel interior; ICF continuous reinforced concrete foundation; perimeter foundation drainage; site services: 190 of 1 PE water, 10 of 4 PVC sanitary to existing, new 1050 mm precast manhole; reinstatement of disturbed areas.
