This project is being carried out as part of the Municipal Infrastructure Improvement and Construction Program (PRACIM) and the Societe du Plan Nord. Construction is expected to begin around 20 April 2026 and be completed in 2027. The work must be completed within 34 weeks, between April 2026 and the end of May 2027. The Regie must be able to move into the premises in March 2027. Landscaping must be completed by April-May 2027..
