Qualified vendors are invited to submit sealed proposals for the design, supply, and installation of digital LED display boards at five schools: Loganville High School, Monroe Area High School, Walnut Grove High School, Loganville Middle School, Carver Middle School, and Youth Middle School for Walton County Schools. This project includes multiple sports venues and performing arts facilities. The purpose is to secure a reliable, high-quality, and competitively priced solution that enhances communication, school spirit, and community engagement through modern digital display systems. The selected vendor will deliver a turnkey solution, including all equipment, installation, programming, testing, and integration with existing audio and video systems. The project must be completed within 12 weeks following final contract execution and approval of artwork/shop drawings.
