Project includes two locations at Rice Middle School and Schimelpfenig Middle School. Provide new four-lane 400m synthetic track with grass infield, a poured 'D' section, and football striping and field goals at each middle school site. Provide throw event facilities and jump pits adjacent to the track. New chain link fencing will also be added around the track and field events. Site work will include limited site demolition, grading, storm drainage improvements, and establishment of grass vegetation. Each proposer shall identify their sealed proposal by typing on the outside of the envelope: "PROPOSAL NAME" followed by the corresponding CSP #2026-02-06. Proposals received by hand delivery or mail after the stated receipt date and time will be rejected. It is vendor responsibility to obtain any addenda that pertains to this proposal. Evaluative criteria will have the following weights assigned to rank proposals: Cost-30 points, Qualifications-20 points, Reputation-20 points, Experience-20 points, and District Needs-10 points. All other criteria will be assigned the value of zero. Using these criteria and weights, District Committees will evaluate and rank proposals to determine the proposer that presents the best value to the District.
