For construction of approximately 510 LF of 8 water main piping, a water meter vault appurtenances and other required work to establish emergency supply by connecting the existing City water system to the existing Prince George water system Questions must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Office by January 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. An electronic message may be submitted to purchasing@petersburg-va.org. If necessary, an addendum will be issued and posted on the City website electronic It is the responsibility of the bidder to download any addenda. The total allotted time for construction is 210 consecutive calendar days, which includes days for inclement weather and final punch list (Final Completion). The City of Petersburg reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids.
