Ector County Foundation, Inc. will receive sealed proposals for Construction Management-at-Risk (CMAR) services for Ector County Library. Proposals must be prepared according to the Instructions to Proposers. Sealed proposals will be received by Elizabeth Hollenbeck (Parkhill) via email. Any proposals received after the deadline will be returned to the sender unopened. Digital documents will be available for download at no charge and may be secured from Parkhill by contacting Elizabeth Hollenbeck. For additional information, refer to the RFP document.
