Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Ormond Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

239 Ocean Shore Boulevard Unsafe Buildings Demolition: 1. Rodent abatement needs to be completed. 2. All utilities are required to be disconnected. 3. Demolition of the main structure (house) and both accessory structures (the garage and the workshop) is required. The garage and workshop are in an unsafe condition. The site wall/fencing can stay. Patios also need to be removed. 4. The basement will need to be removed and filled in with fill. 5. The demolition contractor will be required to seed disturbed soil with grass seed. 6. The demolition price will need to include permit costs also. 7. Deadline for questions: 12/23/2025 @ 4:00 PM Any questions concerning conditions and specifications shall be directed to the Purchasing Coordinator via email - procurement@ormondbeach.org. The City reserves the following rights: to waive informalities in any bid/proposal/quote; to reject any or all bids/proposals/quotes or portions of bids/proposals/quotes; to accept any bid/proposal/quote or portions of bids/proposals/quotes deemed to be in the best interest of the City; and to negotiate or refuse to negotiate with any offer.
