The Housing Authority of the City of Jefferson invites qualified bidders to bid on the 2025 Fire Restoration of 1000 Dulle Street, Jefferson City, MO 65109. Bid documents and specifications can be obtained at the office of the Housing Authority for a $15.00 non-refundable preparation fee, or electronically at www.jchamo.org at no cost. Attention is called to "Attachment p. - Davis-Bacon Wage Rates" regarding the minimum hourly wages that must be paid. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the opening of proposals without the consent of the Housing Authority. Proposal documents must be delivered to the Housing Authority by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2026. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any formalities in the IFB process as specified. Equal Opportunity and Section 3 Employer. The contractor should be able to provide all services customarily done for cleaning, removal, and replacement of damaged building components and fixtures.
