Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of this project is to construct roadway improvements consisting of traffic calming, BikeHAWK signals, signing, pavement markings, and landscaping in order to develop a more comfortable bike facility known as a bike boulevard. The work includes, but is not limited to, construction of speed humps, speed cushions, traffic circles, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, curb access ramps, concrete driveway aprons, traffic signals and traffic signal modifications, pavement markings and signing, landscaping, and other related incidental work as shown on City of Tucson Plan No. I-2024-018. SBE/DBE GOAL: 4% SBE PRICE RANGE: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
