Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Calabash, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
A general description of the work includes, without limitation: Demolish existing chlorine contact basin and connected appurtenances Build new splitter structure and pipes connecting to the existing secondary clarifiers AIS requirements: The project needs to comply with Build America, Buy America Act (2 C.F.R. Part 184; Pub. L. 117-58 §§ 70901-52), Domestic Preference for Procurements (2 C.F.R. § 200.322), and Procurement of Recovered Materials (2 C.F.R. § 200.323) as mentioned on page I-12 Instruction to Bidders. Other requirements the bidders need to adhere to are listed in the specifications for this project. Questions/Addenda: Questions or requests for further information regarding this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted in writing to the attention of Ahmad Bitar, at Ahmad.Bitar@aecom.com no later than 5:00 PM ET on Monday, April 6, 2026. A copy of all questions, further clarifications and answers will be made in the form of an Addendum to this Invitation to Bid and will be provided to all known bidders and posted on the Countys website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, bidders will be responsible for ensuring that they have all addenda.
