Contractor shall remove and replace the existing roofing membrane; provide insulation and flashing; perform modifications to existing roof drains, scuppers, and downspouts; and repair building finishes impacted by the work. Existing rooftop mechanical equipment shall remain in place during construction. Hazardous material abatement will be required.
