Pavilion Corporation ("PavCo") is seeking a qualified contractor (the "Contractor") for the provision of Marine System Maintenance including services for submerged seawater piping and associated infrastructure located beneath the Vancouver Convention Centre West (VCC West"). The scope of work includes: Recurring underwater maintenance (screen cleaning, inspections, marine barrier maintenance, and pipe pigging); Critical inspection and reporting for corrosion, mechanical integrity, and replacement planning; Fabrication and installation of replacement components as required; and Engineering services for cathodic protection system design and implementation.
