CR#: 2129911 Description: NYS OPWDD- Staten Island DDSO intends to procure the installation of a condensate tank (per the attached scope of work) pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority. Location: 930 Willowbrook Road Bldg. 12G (Meeting Spot), Staten Island NY 10314 - State-wide Any questions or requests for clarification regarding the information provided may be directed to Brooklyn.CMM.Bids@opwdd.ny.gov Contract Term: 30 Days of Award Event Site Walkthrough note: A cost breakdown form is provided for you (see documents tab). Any vendor questions not asked during the site visit must be submitted in writing to: Brooklyn.CMM.Bids@opwdd.ny.gov (within two business days of the site visit: January 16, 2026). Both questions and answers (if any) will be provided to all who attend the site visit via email by: January 22, 2026. Supply and install new Condensate tank and pump unit, perform full system testing, startup, and operational verification upon completion The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 30 days of award, unless modified below. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned, and all materials secured at the end of each workday. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of project. before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: oRemove and dispose of the existing condensate Tank, Pumps, and associated Piping. oDisconnect existing Condensate Tank Electric -panel. oInstall new Condensate Tank Panel. oInstall a New 3-inch pad for the new condensate tank. oFurnish, rig, transport, and set the new Condensate tank and pump unit on new pad. oModify and Reconnect pump discharge piping to the existing discharge header. oFurnish and extend a new vent/overflow line a minimum of 20Feet to the approved termination point with proper pitch and supports. oPerform full system Testing, startup, and operational verification upon Completion.
