Request for Proposals for Monticello High School - Band, Commons, Snack Line HVAC Retrofit. Monticello CUSD-25, located at 1Sage Dr, Monticello, IL 61856, will receive Bids for "ALL WORK" in the Monticello CUSD-25 Band, Commons, Snack-Line HVAC Retrofit project. Bids will be received by ENTEC Services Constru-tion Management Team contact listed below. Work will be available upon request by contacting the construction manager listed below. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 calendar days From the Due date. Bids are to include a scope of work and total cost due per trade to the construction manager via email. SCOPE OF WORK. This project involves the complete removal of (2) steam air handlers that serve the Commons and Band Areas, to be retrofitted to rooftop systems, the installation of (1) new rooftop unit for VAV's, and (1) mixed air unit retrofit to a rooftop unit. Contractor provides scope of work in bid. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security consisting of abid bond or certified check made payable to the Owner, in the amount of 5% of the bid sum. Commencement of the work on the project shall be subject to the discretion of the Board of Trustees of Monticello CUSD-25, 1 Sage Dr, Monticello, IL 61856. The board reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept any or reject all bids when, in the opinion of the board, such action will serve the best interest of the district. All Contracts for the Construction of School Districts are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
