The Municipal District of Wainwright No. 61 ("MD") invites prices for the loading, hauling and spreading of gravel for the MD's 2026 & 2027 gravelling requirements (the "Work"). The Work involves approximately 45,000 metric tonnes and 6,200 miles of hauling for 2026 and a similar amount for 2027. The M.D. of Wainwright reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes based on the above criteria as well as the right to accept a quote other than the lowest quote without stating reasons based on the above criteria. The M.D. of Wainwright may consider any other factor besides price and capability to perform the work that it deems in its sole discretion to be relevant to its decision.
