Renovation of a parking garage in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

The program requires the selected firm to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) services for the Parking Garages Rehabilitation Program at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Firms are invited to submit qualifications demonstrating their ability to provide timely and effective preconstruction and construction phase services, which may be divided into one or more scopes of work. The selected firm must comply with the Authority's Small Business (SB) Program, as outlined in Exhibit G of the CMAR Agreement, by meeting the SB participation goal or demonstrating good faith efforts to do so. SB participation goals for this contract range from 10% to 30%, depending on the scope of work in each service package. Contracts are awarded without regard to race, religion, color, creed, national origin, gender, age, or handicapping condition and must comply with North Carolina law.
