Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The tmsp is a comprehensive, multi-phase initiative to modernize and seismically upgrade the memphis airport's terminal facilities to meet modern standards of efficiency, resiliency, safety, and sustainability. The request for proposal (rfp) is to provide the construction work at the checked baggage inspection system tenant improvement (cbis ti) area of the admin building for the following trades packages: millwork, doors / frames / hardware, glass & glazing, drywall & framing, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, specialties, signage, window treatments, fire protection, plumbing, hvac, electric, communications Prequalification all proposing companies must be prequalified at the time of proposal submission.
