Question Deadline 01/15/2026 The Bidder is advised that all inquiries and clarifications shall be submitted to the District in writing at least five (5) days prior to the date and time of scheduled bid opening and receipt of proposals. The project is for District-wide Structured Cabling Installation and Materials. All bid proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the District and must conform to the bid and contract documents. Each bid proposal must contain a bid form, bid security, list of subcontractors, non-collusion declaration, statement of bidder's qualifications, and Federal E-Rate Supplemental Terms and Conditions. A mandatory pre-bid job walk will be conducted at the specified location. The project is subject to prevailing wage rates, employment of apprentices, and labor compliance program. All bidders and their subcontractors must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations. The required California Contractors License classification is "C-7 and/or C-10." Each bid proposal must include security of not less than ten percent of the maximum amount of the bid proposal.
