Demolition and site work for a residential development in Lincoln, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Property: - Remove structure in its entirety, to include all materials provide for the construction and remodeling of said structure and pertaining appurtenances. Foundation material (concrete, block, brick etc.), wall and roof framing and all interior/exterior finish systems and materials associated. - All mechanical, electrical and plumbing supply, distribution and fixture materials to be removed. - All accessory structures pertaining to the property to be removed in their entirety i.e. garages, sheds, fences etc. to include all foundations and associated slabs. - All debris, garbage, and refuse material found present in all structures to be removed. - All below grade footers, foundations and slabs to be removed in their entirety. Site/Utility: - All site driveways and sidewalks contained within the property lines to be removed. All sidewalks and portions of driveways within the public right of way to remain, damage to City Property or that of neighboring private properties during any phase of demolition will be repaired at the contractor's expense. - Removal of all utilities to origin of private service. - The Building and Safety Department will coordinate with the applicable utility companies to confirm the shut off and abandonment of service. o Storm and/or sanitary sewer lines to be capped at location inside the property line and to be inspected by a Sewer Department representative prior to backfill. o Water to be abandoned onsite. - Overgrown weeds, brush and trees/stumps deemed unsafe by the Building and Safety Department to be removed. - All debris, garbage, tires, appliances, vehicles and refuse material etc. present on the property to be removed. - Backfill where foundations removed. Property to be graded to match existing contours and provide for proper drainage so as not to encroach on neighbor properties. Final grading should be seeded and left in a "ready to mow" condition at completion.
