Demolition and site work for an industrial development in Muenster, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 29,544-square-foot industrial development; and 18,184-square-foot industrial development.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, permits, fees, dumpsters, equipment, and necessary supervision necessary for the demolition of structures. Demolition work required during this phase may include, but is not limited to: demolishing buildings, removing and properly disposing of the structures and all their elements, conveyance pipes, fuel tanks, storage containers, process tanks, milk vats, boilers, grease containers, concrete foundations, and all contents within the structure. Demolition of parking lots and pavement on the site. The proposer will be responsible for all costs of transport and proper disposal of all demolition debris. The proposer will also be responsible for obtaining all certifications and permits necessary for completion of the project from the appropriate regulatory agencies and coordinating with TxDOT for any lane closures. Any applicable permit fees normally issued by the City may be waived but obtaining the permits may still be required, at the discretion of the City. Proposals should be submitted on the most favorable terms and the selected proposer will be expected to enter a contract based on the City's standard contract terms and conditions. Proposals will be evaluated based on completeness and how well they meet the City's needs, with award criteria allowing for selection based on either lowest responsible bidder or best value for the City.
