Awarding of the contract shall be to the Lowest and Best bidder as determined by the City of Mansfield's Board of Control in the best interest of the City of Mansfield. The City of Mansfield's Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities. LOCATION Eight (8) project areas within the City of Mansfield, Ohio. PROJECT SCOPE This project includes the installation approximately 3.43 miles of eight-inch ductile-iron waterline across eight locations along with the reconnections of active services. This project will also include concrete trench repair. CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE First area to be completed shall be Area 14 (Madison Rd), followed by Area 11 (Main St) then Area 10 (Third St). The remaining areas are at the discretion of the contractors. Please direct all Pre-Bid questions to the project site electronically
