Site work for a water / sewer project in Blanco, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the US 281 North Wastewater Extension project, which consists of the installation of approximately 2,400 feet of 8-inch PVC wastewater pipe, including associated structures, pipe, and surface restoration. The project must be substantially complete within ninety (90) calendar days from the notice to proceed and fully complete within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days. Liquidated damages of $300.00 per day will be assessed for any contract time exceeded. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check for at least 5% of the total bid as a guarantee of entering into contract if awarded. No bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days after the bid opening. Question Deadline 01/08/2026 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
