Renovation of a mixed-use development in Arkport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Sealed proposals in duplicate are requested for Renovations at the District K-12 Main Building, under Prime Contract for General Trades. Bids must be based on the Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by LaBella Associates, D.P.C. Bidders must follow the procedures for obtaining documents: paying a deposit for complete sets, providing shipping details if necessary, and returning documents in good condition for a refund. Bid security in the form of a certified check or Bid Bond is required, in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. All bids must comply with these instructions, and the Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw a bid for forty-five days after the opening, except under specific provisions for error as detailed in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. No partial sets of contract documents will be distributed. Electronic plans are available for online viewing with a non-refundable payment. All checks for contract documents must be payable to the Owner and delivered to the designated distributor. Refunds for returned documents may be provided under stated conditions.
