Renovation of an educational facility in Greene, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Proposals are requested for the Gym Door Replacement Contract at the Greene Middle/High School. The work must be performed in accordance with the drawings, project specifications, and other bidding and contract documents. Prospective bidders must obtain a set of bid documents from the designated web portal. Ordering from this portal places the bidder on the plan holders' list, making them eligible to bid the project. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be offered only through the designated web portal, and bidders obtaining documents from other sources will not qualify as bidders. Bid documents are available for electronic download for a non-refundable fee or in printed sets for a refundable fee, with specific conditions for refunds stated. All bids must comply with the instructions to bidders as well as the requirements of New York State. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or to reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bidder may withdraw their bid or proposal before forty-five days after the opening date, unless a mistake is claimed in accordance with the instructions to bidders.
