Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Melville, New York. Completed plans call civil work for a water pump station.
The purpose of the project is is to demolish Plant No. 16 pump station and associated accessories as shown on the plans. Doc note: Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. As a convenience to the Contractor, Digital Bidding Documents may be obtained from the following online as an online download for a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), paid by credit card. Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the South Huntington Water District, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, as a commitment by the bidder that, if its bid is accepted, it will enter into a contract to perform the work and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and to accept such bid which, in the opinion of the Owner, is in the best interests of the Owner.
