Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 4 addendum issued for this project. ** The work will consist of modifications to the existing exterior wall of the Capital Subaru building to allow for installation of a new overhead door and man door; modification to the existing ice rink boards for a new gate for Zamboni access; supply and installation of new overhead door, man door, interior fencing, protection bollards and other materials as required; demolition, supply and installation of a new concrete ramp, concrete for interior floor and exterior slab on grade; supply and installation of material for mechanical and electrical equipment; and supply and installation of all civil works as indicated.
