Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Marysville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor,parts, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of 13 existing light fixtures on light poles and furnish and install 13 new light fixtures with specified light heads, or equivalent. Question Deadline 01/08/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Questions regarding this IFPQ must be submitted in writing. Bidders are encouraged to submit their written questions. Written questions must include the individual's name, firm name, complete address, and must reference IFPQ No. 03A4093. Questions must be sent to the following email: Email: shawn.fitzpatrick@dot.ca.gov Three (3) additional light fixtures will be included for future replacement needs with Caltrans. A. Contractor shall remove and legally dispose of 13 existing light fixtures on parking lot light poles. There are five (5) poles with two (2) light fixtures each and three (3) poles with one (1) light fixture each. B. Contractor shall furnish and install 13 new light fixtures on existing poles. C. Contractor shall furnish three (3) additional light fixtures for future light fixture replacement. The additional light fixtures shall be turned over to Caltrans Contract Manager for future use. D. New light fixtures shall have a light output of 18000 lumens or greater, 135 watts or greater, light emitting diode (LED), and have a color index of 70. See Attachment A - Photographs. E. If necessary, Contractor shall provide a lift truck for the removal and installation of light fixtures. F. Caltrans Contract Manager must approve storage of equipment and disposal bins used by Contractor. G. All employees must wear clean clothing and Cal/OSHA required personal protective equipmen an estimated value of greater than $5,000.00, but not more than $461,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
