Project Description: RENOVATIONS, DAINGERFIELD MNT Project Address: 552 US HWY-259 N, DAINGERFIELD, TX 75638 A. The project is a renovation of an existing 1-story building. The existing building is an 8,341 sf office administration building and equipment storage space. B. Alterations are limited to only the administration portion of the building and enclosing of equipment storage area consisting of approximately 4,759 sq feet. C. The existing building does not have a fire sprinkler system, and no fire sprinkler system is proposed as part of this renovation. D. Architectural and MEP work includes but is not limited to: 1. Select interior alterations to the administration building includes finish upgrades and selective demolition of existing meeting rooms, 2. Locker room, stock room, maintenance foreman's office, admin, restrooms, mechanical roomand equipment storage area. 3. New restrooms with locker, nursing room, MDF room, mechanical room and new enclosed equipment storage room will be built. 4. New storefront shall replace existing overhead door in the existing meeting room. 5. New vestibule with exterior storefront system, door at the south side of building. 6. New exterior door to the north wall of the existing enclosed equipment storage room. 7. All interior plumbing fixtures, piping, and appurtenances are to be demolished. 8. Selective demolition of mechanical air handler units with termination of associated gas piping and demolition of ductwork. E.
