Site work for a water / sewer project in Valley, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the installation of 3-inch and 6-inch potable water main and related appurtenances along LR 339, LR 342, LR 343, LR 793, LR 789, LR 907, and LR 840. Bidders must obtain the bidding documents from the designated Issuing Office and provide bid security as outlined in the instructions. All bidders must comply with the State of Alabama Contractor's Licensing Law and be certified for the type of work described in this project. Bidders are required to submit, upon request, a list of projects successfully completed in the last two years that are similar in scope and construction cost. The Owner retains the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, and award the contract to the best and most responsible bidder. Bidders must clearly display their license number on the outside of the proposal envelope and no bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after opening. Bidders are fully responsible for timely delivery of their submissions. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
