Site work and paving for a road / highway in Selfridge, North Dakota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sioux County proposes to reconstruct approximately 14 miles of County Route 3 from BIA Route 6 to ND 24 in multiple phases over several years. The goal is to complete final design work of the 14 miles by the end of 2026 and begin construction of Phase 1 in 2027. The County is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms. Fees shall be negotiated with the successful firm. If the fee cannot be agreed upon, the County reserves the right to terminate negotiations, and then negotiate with the second and third ranked firms in order, if necessary, until a satisfactory contract has been negotiated.
