The project is expected to be awarded on February 3rd, 2026** The project consists of the installation of a new 8" waterline, including abandoning the existing waterlines, generally located along Tremont Street and 1st West, from 10400 North to Main Street. LOCATION OF THE WORK: 10400 North to Main Street (along Tremont Street and 1st West) Sealed bids for the construction of the 2026 Waterline Replacement Project will be received at Tremonton Public Works. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished according to the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must submit proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the owner. o The completion date for the project has been updated to May 31, 2026.
