The furnishing and delivering of InterPac 309 or approved equivalent Polyaluminum Chloride by bulk tanker load consisting of approximately 605,535 pounds to the Eastern Correctional Institution WWTP, 30209 Perry Road, Westover, Maryland 21871. Only electronic bids submitted via the MES Procurement Portal will be accepted; mailed, emailed, faxed, or hand-delivered bids will not be considered. Requested information must be submitted on or before the bid due date through the portal. Conditioning a bid or proposal will deem the bid non-responsive and it will not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically in public at the specified date and time, and bid tabulation will be posted on the MES Procurement Portal within 48 hours from the bid opening.
