The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide This contract consists of furnishing and delivering the following chemical to the Maryland Environmental Service: InterPac 309 or approved equivalent Polyaluminum Chloride by bulk tanker load consisting of approximately 605,535 pounds. All bidders are required to complete a jar test prior to submitting a bid to verify that the proposed product is equivalent to and compatible with MES's application. Jar tests must be completed no later than March 27, 2026 by 1:00 PM. Any bidder that does not complete the jar test by the deadline will be deemed non-responsive. A jar test can be arranged by contacting Mike Wilson at 240-495-2193 or mwilson@menv.com at least twenty-four hours in advance. Please also include Procurement, at procurement@menv.com , When you schedule your Jar Test with Mike Wilson.
