The City of League City seeks competitive bids for 26-020 as needed service of Roadway Markings. The purpose of these specifications is to describe the minimum requirements of the City of League City for the awarded contract. The quantities in the Invitation to Bid or attached quantities are estimates based on previous usage. These estimates are for acquainting the bidder with probable quantities to be expected during the contract period. These estimates are not intended to set forth minimum or maximum quantities of this contract and shall not be construed as such. This contract is intended for routine and continuous usage. The City of League City is seeking qualified vendors to provide an as needed service of roadway markings to be in TXDOT/City of League City Right-of-Way corridors along various specified streets and/or in municipal parking lots in League City, Texas. The work will consist of installing markings in accordance with the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (TMUTCD) and/or drawing, sketches, and specifications provided by League City. Bidder is required to provide construction as well as use the stamped approved prints for permitting purposes. Bidder shall obtain all necessary governmental and Rights-of-Way owner's approval to complete the work in accordance with the Construction Documents provided by the City. Bidder shall furnish all labor, supervision, subcontractors, construction equipment, transportation, licenses, taxes, safety supplies, consumable supplies, materials and all other incidental items and costs required to complete the work. additional bid date note: Hard copy bids can be submitted with one (1) marked original and one (1) marked copy, properly labeled and clearly marked with the bid number and description.
