The Purpose of This Project is to Overlay Approximately 0.67 Mile of Main Street in the City of North Little Rock in Pulaski County. This Project Consists of Achm Surface Course, Cold Milling Asphalt Pavement, Achm Patching of Existing Roadway, Maintenance of Traffic, Wheelchair Ramps, Pavement Markings, and Misc. Items.
