The Purpose of This Project is to Overlay and Surface Approximately 1.06 Miles of Various City Streets in The City of Gum Springs, Overlay Approximately 1.04 Miles of Various City Streets in the City of Gurdon, And Overlay and Surface Approximately 0.36 Mile of Various City Streets in the City of Whelen Springs in Clark County. This Project Consists of Trenching and Shoulder Preparation, Aggregate Base Course, Achm Binder and Surface Courses, Cold Milling Asphalt Pavement, Achm Patching of Existing Roadway, Maintenance of Traffic and Misc. Items.
