Sealed bids are requested for furnishing and delivering laboratory elevator repair to the Joint Meeting's Wastewater Treatment Facility at 500 South First Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey, in accordance with the specifications and information provided. Bids must be prepared and submitted in standard proposal form as designated in the instructions. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action Program, Equal Employment Opportunity), and New Jersey prevailing local wage rates. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, or to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Joint Meeting.
